Know for his unusual lives (Beats’n’Cubes), the french producer and DJ designed a new visual setup made up of 13 motorised semi-transparent LED screens. As he puts it: “This setup enables us to create complex architectures, or no architecture at all. It creates confusion.” Working with Armand Beraud (Salut), generative video canvases were conceived, where basic animated elements come together to create complex spatialized video. The elements are all controlled via De Crecy's sequencer (Sequentix Cirklon). Like the audio, the video was worked on beforahand at his studio, but is then a continuous generative flow played by the musician himsel while live. The installation was commited by OPN TV for the Residency project and designed and produced in collaboration with TurboDiesel, as an reminiscence of antiquity in our digital world. Comprised of several phases, the installation is first a space to welcome and submerge the public in an interactive world made of digital landscapes, past architectures and objects recreated through photogrametry. It then became a space welcoming musical artists of all backgrounds - from the&nbsp; For 4 different events over the month, the mirrors of the box would become surfaces that extend space, in between which the live performance would happen.
